TORQUE the tube connectors (10) and (11) to between 180 and 200 lbf.in (2.03 and 2.26 m.daN).

TORQUE the V-band clamp (4) to 40 lbf.in (0.45 m.daN).

Make sure that the actuator and the IGV's are connected, move the IGV's to the fully closed position.

Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.

Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.

Install the electrical connector P21 (2) to the actuator (1).
(13)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
