A. Installation of the Sensor
(1)
Put the sensor (2) in position on the APU air inlet wall.
(2)
Apply OILS (Material No. 03-002) to the bolts (3).
(3)
Install the sensor (2) with one of the two bolts (3).
(4)
Install the bonding lead (4) with the remaining bolt (3) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).
(5)
TORQUE the bolts (3) to 40 lbf.in (0.45 m.daN).
(6)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(7)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(8)
Connect the electrical connector P22 (1) to the sensor (2). Subtask 49-23-17-865-052

Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1KD, 2KD.

C. Do the self-test of the ECB (Ref. TASK 49-00-00-710-005).
5. Close-up

A. Close Access
(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Set the LIGHT control switch 11LJ to the off position.
(3)
Close the APU access doors 315AL, 316AR (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-410-001).
(4)
Remove the access platform(s).
(5)
Remove the warning notice(s). Subtask 49-23-17-860-050
B.

(1) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
