A. Installation of the Check Valve 33200MM
(1)
Remove the blanking plugs from the line ends.
(2)
Put the check valve 3320 MM in position. NOTE : Make sure that the check valve is installed in the correct

direction of flow.
(3)
Install the sleeves (2).
(4)
Install the clamps (1).

B. Operate the toilet and make sure that it flushes correctly (Ref. TASK 38-31-00-710-009).

(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Install the access panel 161DW and 162DW.
(3)
Close the AFT cargo compartment door (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
(4) Remove the access platform(s). Subtask 38-31-65-862-050
B. De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. TASK 24-41-00-862-002).

R R R WARNING : DO NOT DO WORK ON THE TOILET WASTE SYSTEM AND THE POTABLE WATER_______ SYSTEM AT THE SAME TIME. THIS WILL PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM. SUCH CONTAMINATION CAN BE DANGEROUS TO HEALTH.
R R R R R R WARNING : ALWAYS USE RUBBER GLOVES WHEN YOU DO WORK:_______ - ON THE TOILET WASTE SYSTEM, OR - ON PARTS THAT HAVE CONTAMINATION FROM THE WASTE SYSTEM. WHEN YOU COMPLETE THE WORK PROCEDURE, CLEAN YOUR HANDS WITH SOAP AND WATER. THIS WILL PREVENT INFECTION (TOILET WASTE IS DANGEROUS FOR HEALTH).
R R R R R R WARNING : WHEN YOU REMOVE A COMPONENT OF THE TOILET WASTE SYSTEM, ALWAYS PUT IT_______ IN A PLASTIC BAG, THEN SEAL THE BAG. DO NOT PUT DOCUMENTS INTO THE PLASTIC BAG. SEAL THE BAG FIRST, THEN ATTACH THE DOCUMENT TO IT. THIS WILL PREVENT INFECTION (CONTAMINATION FROM TOILET WASTE CAN BE DANGEROUS TO HEALTH).
