Open the access panels 161DW, 162DW.

Remove the center support strut at FR65 (Ref. TASK 53-43-11-000-001).

A. Removal of the Waste Holding Tank 3300MM WARNING : ALWAYS WEAR RUBBER GLOVES, GOGGLES AND PROTECTIVE CLOTHES WHEN

YOU DO THIS TASK.
(1)
Remove the tank drain line (Ref. TASK 38-31-74-000-001).
(2)
Remove the water separator (Ref. TASK 38-31-67-000-001).
(3)
Remove the connections (29) of the rinse lines.
(4)
Disconnect the electrical connectors (16) and (17).
(5)
Remove the pipe (15) from the level transmitter 40MG.
(6)
Remove the level transmitter 40MG (Ref. TASK 38-31-62-000-001).
(7)
Remove the quick coupler clamps.
(a)
Open and remove the quick coupler clamp (26).
(b)
Move the sleeve (27) to one side.
(c)
Remove and discard the O-rings (28).

Remove the nuts (25) and the washers (24).

Remove the bolts (21) and the washers (22).

Remove the clamps (23).

Remove the bolts (18) and the washers (19).

Remove the bracket (20).
(13)
Remove the waste pipes (3), (4), (7) and (8).
(14)
Put blanking plugs on the disconnected line ends.
(15)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors. NOTE : Put a mark on the tank and the mounting bracket to find the

installation position again.
(16)
Remove the clamps (2).
(17) Remove the waste holding tank 3300MM (1). Subtask 38-31-61-860-050
B. Removal of the Components
(1) If necessary remove the level sensor 41MG from the waste holding tank 3300MM. (Ref. TASK 38-31-63-000-001).
