Install the washers (14) and the nuts (13).

TORQUE the nuts (13) to between 0.19 m.daN (16 lbf.in) and 0.23 m.daN (20 lbf.in).

Install a new O-ring (8) in position at the flange of the elbow (5).

Put the elbow (5) in position.
(9)
Install the washers (6) and the nuts (7).
(10)
TORQUE the nuts (12) to between 0.19 m.daN (16 lbf.in) and 0.23 m.daN (20 lbf.in).
(11)
Remove the blanking caps and connect the electrical connectors (15)
and (16).
(12)
Install new cable tie to the cables of the connectors (15) and (16).
(13)
Remove the blanking plug and connect the connection (10).
(14)
Install the quick coupler clamp.

Install the new O-rings P/N MS9021-226 (2) on the pipe (1) and the elbow (5).
(b)
Move the sleeve (3) in position over the O-rings (2).
(c) Install the clamp (4). **ON A/C ALL
