4. Procedure

A. Installation of the Motor Start Relay 36MG
(1)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Put the motor start relay (14) and the brackets (3) and (15) in the correct position on the bracket (1).
NOTE : The connector-plug and the contact-bolts L1 thru L3 and T1
____ thru T3 must have the same position as recorded in the removal.
(4)
Install the washers (4), the screws (5) and the spacer (2).
(5)
TORQUE the screws (5) to between 0.22 and 0.38 m.daN (19.46 and 33.62 lbf.in).
(6)
Put the cables (6) in position on the contact-bolts L1 thru L3 and T1 thru T3.
CAUTION : REFER TO THE MATCH MARKS MADE DURING THE REMOVAL WHEN YOU
_______ CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL WIRES. INCORRECT CONNECTION OF THE WIRES WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
