A. Installation of the Toilet Assembly

Put the toilet assembly (9) in position.
(2)
Install the washers (13) and (12) and the bolts (11).
(3)
Make sure that the filter (2) is installed in the fitting (1). NOTE : If the filter (2) is not installed, this can cause the rinse
____ valve to stay open.This could result in possible flooding of the Electrical Compartment (EC) or areas below the toilet.
(4)
Connect the water line (3).
(5)
Install new packings (4) on the flush lines.
(6)
Put the sleeve (5) in position.
(7)
Install the coupler clamp (6).
(8)
Connect the electrical connector (10) 50MG-A to the flush control unit (7).
(9)
Open the shutoff valve (8). Subtask 38-31-41-613-050
B.
Service the toilet system (Ref. TASK 12-16-38-613-001). Subtask 38-31-41-710-050
C. Operate the toilet and make sure that it flushes correctly (Ref. TASK 38-31-00-710-009).

D. Leak Test
(1)
Do the leak test of the toilet system (Ref. TASK 38-31-00-790-002).
(2)
Record the result of the test.
(3)
Compare the result of the test before the removal and after the installation.
NOTE : The differance between the tests must not be more than 10% of

the result made before the removal.
5. Close-up

Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Install the toilet shroud (Ref. TASK 25-45-22-400-001).

B. De-energize the ground service network

Removal of the Water Valve

R R R R R R WARNING : ALWAYS USE RUBBER GLOVES WHEN YOU DO WORK:_______ - ON THE TOILET WASTE SYSTEM, OR - ON PARTS THAT HAVE CONTAMINATION FROM THE WASTE SYSTEM. WHEN YOU COMPLETE THE WORK PROCEDURE, CLEAN YOUR HANDS WITH SOAP AND WATER. THIS WILL PREVENT INFECTION (TOILET WASTE IS DANGEROUS FOR HEALTH).
