A. Installation of the Flush Valve
(1)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Install a new O-ring (8) in position at the flange of the flush valve (10).
(4)
Put the flush valve (10) in position.
(5)
Install the washers (13) and the nuts (12).
(6)
TORQUE the nuts (12) to between 0.19 m.daN (16 lbf.in) and 0.23 m.daN (20 lbf.in).
(7)
Install a new O-ring (8) in position at the flange of the flush valve (10).
(8)
Put the manual shutoff valve assembly (5) in position.
(9)
Install the washers (6) and the nuts (7).
(10)
TORQUE the nuts (7) to between 0.19 m.daN (16 lbf.in) and 0.23 m.daN (20 lbf.in).
(11)
Remove the blanking caps and connect the electrical connectors (14) and (15).
(12)
Install new cable tie to the cables of the connectors (14) and (15).
(13)
Remove the blanking plug and connect the connection (9).
(14)
Install the quick coupler clamp.
(a)
Install the new O-rings P/N MS9021-226 (2) on the pipe (1) and the manual shutoff valve assembly (5).
(b)
Move the sleeve (3) in position over the O-rings (2).

(1)

Put the flush valve (11) in position on the elbow (12).
