 (1) Do the subsequent steps to open the related circuit breaker panel:
 WARNING : BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU DO WORK ON CIRCUIT BREAKER PANELS.
_______ THERE IS A HIGH VOLTAGE BEHIND THESE PANELS.
 (a)
 Release the quick-release fasteners and lower the related circuit breaker panel 2000VU or 2001VU carefully. The circuit breaker panel is held to the adjacent center ceiling panel by a detent hook.

 (b)
 Release the detent hook and lower one side of the related circuit breaker panel until it hangs in the vertical position.


 (2) Do the subsequent steps to remove the StA-PISA:
 (a)
 Identify the electrical connectors (5, 6, 7 - if installed) and make a note of their position before you disconnect them.

 (b)
 Release the related spring latches (4),(8),(9) and carefully disconnect the electrical connectors (5, 6, 7 - if installed) from the StA-PISA (1).

 (c)
 Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.

 (d)
 Make a note of the position of the StA-PISA (1) before you remove it.

 (e)
 Make a note of the position of the cable clips which keep the related cable loom in position.

 (f)
 Hold the StA-PISA (1) and remove the screws (2), the washers (3) and the related cable clips.

 (g)
 Remove the StA-PISA (1). NOTE : If you do not install a new StA-PISA directly after the


____ removal, make sure you close the related circuit breaker panel before you leave the A/C.

 A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
 (1)
 Make sure that the related circuit breaker panel is disengaged and lowered.

 (2)
 Make sure that the STEPLADDER 0.5 M (1.6 FT) is below the related circuit breaker panel.

 (3)
 Make sure that the access platform is in position at the access door 121AL.

 (4)
 Make sure that the access door 121AL is open.

 (5)
 Make sure that the external power connector is not connected to the aircraft receptacle.

 (6)
 Make sure that a warning notice is in position on the access door 121AL to tell persons not to use the external power receptacle.

 (7)
 In the cockpit, on the overhead ELEC panel 35VU, make sure that these pushbutton switches are released:


 -BAT 1, BAT 2,
 -APU GEN,
 -GEN 1, GEN 2,
 -EXT PWR.
