A. Preparation for Installation
(1) Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area. Subtask 33-12-13-420-050
B. Installation of the Captain and F/O Main Instrument-Panel Lights
(1)
Move back the bulb holder (4) and hold it in its position.
(2)
Install a new bulb (2) on the Captain and F/O sides.
(3)
Install the six new bulbs (5).
(4)
Install the transparent cover (6) in position on the seal (8).
(5)
Install the two screws (7).
(6)
Put the blanking plate (3) in position opposite its housing. Hold it in this position.
(7)
Attach the blanking plate (3) with the four fasteners (1). Subtask 33-12-13-865-052
C. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1LE, 2LE

D. Do the operational test of Main Instrument-Panel Light (Ref. TASK 33-12-00-710-001).

A. Removal of the Main Instrument-Panel Center-Light
(1)
Loosen the three fasteners (1). During this operation, hold the blanking plate (2).
(2)
Let the blanking plate (2) open downwards.
(3)
Remove the two fasteners (3) that attach the optical body (4) with the defective bulb (6).
(4)
Pull the optical body (4).
(5)
Laterally push the contact spring (5) and remove the socket (7).
(6)
Remove the defective bulb (6).
