A. Removal of the Service Area Light
(1)
Remove the screws (1) with the washers (2) and hold the service area light (3) to get access to the electrical connectors (5) an (6).
(2)
Disconnect the electrical connectors (5) and (6).
(3)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(4)
Remove the service area light (3).

Make sure, that the access door 312AR is open.

A. Preparation for Installation
(1)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Apply the SEALANTS (Material No. 09-003) to the mating surface of the service area light (4).
(4)
Apply the SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-002) to the washers (5) and the screws (6).
