If not, put the roller (5) in the correct position as follows:
(a)
Remove the nut (14) and the bolt (4) from the fork end (13).
(b)
Disengage the roller (5) from the fork end (14).
(c)
Push the fork end (13) carefully into the switch housing with a suitable tool until you feel resistance and hold.
(d)
Turn the fork end (13) to 90 degrees and release it.
(e)
Put the roller (5) in the fork end (13) and install the bolt (4) and the nut (14).
(f) Tighten the nut (14) correctly. Subtask 33-21-12-420-050
C. Installation of the Limit Switch 310LG
(1) Put the limit switch (3) together with the related adjustment nut (6) and the lock washer (7) in position on the switch bracket (8).
NOTE : Make sure that the outer tab of the lock washer (7) engages in
____ the attachment hole of the switch bracket (8).
(2)
Make sure that the roller (5) of the limit switch (3) is in the longitudial direction.
(3)
Attach the limit switch (3) on the switch bracket (8) with the serrated washer (9) and the lock nut (10).
(4)
Connect the wires of the cable harness (2) to the terminals of the limit switch (3).
NOTE : For the correct connection refer to the table "Wire Connection
____ to Connector Contacts" of the illustration.
(5) Make sure that the contacts, which are not used, are covered with red blanking plugs.

(6) Put the switch bracket (8) and the bracket (12) into the slot of the cockpit wall (1) and attach them with the screws (11).

D. Adjustment of the Limit Switch 310LG
R R R (1) Measure the distance which must be in a range of 7.5 mm (0.2952 in.) between the lower edge cockpit wall (1) and the end of the roller (5).
R R R (2) Close the cockpit door and make sure that the limit switch 310LG operates correctly. If not, loosen the lock nut (10) and turn the adjustment nut (6) as required.
(3) If the distance is correct, tighten the lock nut (10).

A. The lavatory lighting system consists of a fluorescent lamp, an integrated ballast unit and a halogen lamp installed in each lavatory. The POWER LAV membrane switch on the forward attendant panel 120RH controls the power for the fluorescent lamps. A microswitch is installed in each lavatory door frame and controls the halogen lamp and the illumination level of the fluorescent tube.
