A. Installation of the Lighting Controller
(1)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors (4) and (5).
(4)
Put the lighting controller (1) in position opposite its housing (6). Hold it in this position.
(5)
Install the lighting controller (1) with the lockwashers (2) and the four screws(3).

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): FOR 6LF 3LF FOR 16LF 4LF FOR 30LF 5LF

ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT TEST AND DIMMING - DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION

1. General
_______ R R Bulbs supplied with 5VAC-400Hz are used for the lighting of the sun readable R lights in the cockpit. The current is delivered by the 115V/5V transformers. R Each light is parted in two sections ; each one has two 5V bulbs. R An annunciator light test switch permits illumination of all annunciators R and therefore check of all lights.

3. System Description__________________
R
R (Ref. Fig. 003)
R Miniature lamps (115 mA, 5VAC) are used for the lighting of the annunciator
R lights mounted on the panels and instruments in the cockpit.
R A relay (system) or internal contacts (case of ON-OFF position indication
R pushbutton switches) control illumination of each annunciator light. Four
R different busbars:
R - AC1 supply: 103XP
R - AC2 supply: 202XP
R - 115VAC STAT INV BUS: 901XP
R - Essential supply: 801XP
R supply the annunciator lights with 5VAC-400Hz through the transformers. In
R the case of emergency supply only busbar 901XP is serviceable.
R The system comprises:
A. Four Identical Transformers
Each one is supplied with 115V-400Hz.
Each one is connected to a different busbar.
They supply 5VAC-400Hz for the annunciator lights installed on the
overhead panel and on instrument panel and 6.3V voltage (full wave
