Subtask 33-27-41-420-050
A. Installation of the Stand Alone Passenger Interface and Supply Adapter (StA- PISA)
NOTE : The installation procedure for the StA-PISA 203LZ and 212LZ is the

same. Only one procedure is given.
(1) Do the subsequent steps to install the StA-PISA: WARNING : BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU DO WORK ON CIRCUIT BREAKER PANELS.
_______ THERE IS A HIGH VOLTAGE BEHIND THESE PANELS.
(a)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(b)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
NOTE : Make sure that the ground bonding points of the StA-PISA
____ are free of paint and corrosion.
(c) Put the StA-PISA (1) in the correct position as recorded in the removal procedure.

(d)
Make sure the related cable clips are in the correct position on the cable loom as noted in the removal procedure.
(e)
Put the cable clips and the cable loom in position.
(f)
Install the screws (2) and the washers (3) and tighten.
(g)
Apply the STRUCTURE PAINTS (Material No. STRUCTURE PAINTS (Material No. 16-021)) to the ground bonding points of the StA-PISA (1).
(h)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(i)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(j)
Connect the electrical connectors (5, 6, 7 - if installed) to the StA-PISA (1).
(k)
Safety the electrical connectors (5, 6, 7 - if installed). CAUTION : MAKE SURE THAT THE SPRING LATCHES CORRECTLY HOLD THE
_______
CONNECTOR IN THE FULLY ENGAGED POSITION. THE SPRING
LATCHES PREVENT UNWANTED MOVEMENT OF THE CONNECTOR, AND
THUS THE RISK OF ARCING, WHICH CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE
UNIT.
1_ Safety the electrical connectors (5, 6, 7 - if installed) with
the related spring latches (4),(8),(9).
(2) Do the subsequent steps to close the related circuit breaker panel:
(a) Install the related circuit breaker panel 2000VU or 2001VU with the detent hook and the quick-release fasteners.
