Removal of the Ballast Unit and Lampholder
WARNING : ISOLATE THE ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS FROM THE RELATED EQUIPMENT AND THE

CAUTION : DO NOT TOUCH THE LAMP GLASS WITH YOUR FINGERS.
_______ THE OILS FROM YOUR SKIN WILL QUICKLY CAUSE DETERIORATION OF THE LAMP. IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY TOUCH THE LAMP GLASS, CLEAN IT WITH A LINT-FREE CLOTH.
R NOTE : The procedure is the same for all the fluorescent lighting in the fwd

Put the access platform in position:
FOR 13LU, 14LU
at the FWD cargo-compartment door 825,
FOR 15LU, 16LU, 17LU
at the AFT cargo-compartment door 826.
(2)
Open the related cargo-compartment door and install the actuator safety-locks (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(3)
Remove the ceiling panel in the FWD cargo-compartment to get access to the electrical connector (5): FOR 13LU remove 131AC, FOR 14LU remove 131BC.
(4)
Remove the ceiling panel in the AFT cargo-compartment to get access to the electrical connector (5): FOR 15LU remove 151BC, FOR 16LU remove 151CC, FOR 17LU remove 161AC.
