1. 机场使用规定 1. AD operation regulations
a. 未安装二次雷达应答机的航空器起降需
事先申请,并在得到空中交通管制部门
批准后方可进行;
a. Takeoff/landing of aircraft without SSR transponder are
subject to ATC prior clearance before the execution of flight
operation;
b. 所有技术试飞需事先申请,并在得到空
中交通管制部门批准后方可进行。
b. Each and every technical test flight shall be filed in advance
and shall be made only after clearance has been obtained from
ATC.
2. 跑道和滑行道的使用 2. Use of runways and taxiways
可以通过地面管制申请引导车和拖车服
务。
Follow-me vehicle service and towing service are available via
Ground Control.
3. 机坪和机位的使用 3. Use of aprons and parking stands
a. 在远机位、专机位、货机位、维修机位
停靠的航空器由地面人员指挥其进、出
机位;
a. Aircraft parking/docking on stand-off stand, VIP flight
parking stand, cargo aircraft parking stand or maintenance
parking stand will be guided by a marshaller for entry/exit;
b. 未经地面管制同意,严禁航空器利用自
身动力倒滑;
b. Push-back of aircraft on its own power is strictly forbidden
without Ground Control clearance;
c. 无牵引拖把的航空器不得停靠廊桥; c. Aircraft without tow-bar may not park/dock at boarding
bridges;
d. 发动机试车,需经地面管制许可,并在
指定的地点进行。严禁在廊桥附近试大
车。
d. Engine run-ups are subject to Ground Control clearance, and
may only be carried out at a designated location. Fast engine
run-ups near boarding bridges are strictly forbidden.

1. 总则 1. General
除经杭州进近或塔台特殊许可外,在杭州
进近管制区和塔台管制区内的飞行,必须按照
仪表飞行规则进行。
Flights within Hangzhou Approach Control Area and Tower
Control Area shall operate under IFR unless special clearance has
been obtained from Hangzhou Approach Control or Tower Control.
2. 起落航线 2. Traffic circuits
起落航线在跑道南侧进行,A、B 类航空
器高度550 米,C、D 类航空器高度600 米
(限在E12025 线— E12045 线之间);经空中
交通管制部门许可,起落航线也可在跑道北侧
进行,A、B 类航空器高度450 米,C、D 类
航空器高度500 米。
Traffic circuits shall be made to the south of runway, at the altitude
of 550m for CAT A/B, and 600m for CAT C/D (between E12025
and E12045). Traffic circuits to the north of runway are subject to
ATC clearance, at the altitude of 450m for CAT A/B, and 500m for
CAT C/D.

a. 严格按照航图中公布的进、离场程序和
ENR2.2.3 中公布的有关规定飞行。如果
需要,航空器可在空中交通管制部门指
定的航路、导航台或定位点上空等待或
做机动飞行;
