1. 机场使用规定 1. AD operations regulations
a. 禁止未安装二次雷达应答机的航空器起
降；
a. Takeoff/landing of aircraft without SSR transponder is
forbidden;
b. 所有技术试飞需事先申请，并在得到空
中交通管制部门批准后方可进行。
b. Each and every technical test flight shall be filed in advance
and conducted only after clearance has been obtained from
ATC.
2. 跑道和滑行道的使用 2. Use of runways and taxiways
a. 可以通过塔台申请引导车和拖车服务； a. Follow-me vehicle service and towing service are available
via Tower Control;
b. 禁止航空器在滑行道上做180 度转弯。 b. 180°turnaround on TWY is strictly forbidden for all aircraft.
3. 机坪和机位的使用 3. Use of aprons and parking stands
a. 航空器在停机坪内滑行必须由地面引导
车引导；
a. Aircraft taxiing on apron shall be guided by follow-me
vehicles;
b. 发动机试车，需经塔台许可，并在指定
的地点进行。严禁在客机坪试大车。
b. Engine run-ups are subject to Tower Control clearance, and
shall be conducted at a designated location. Fast engine runups
on apron are strictly forbidden.

1. 总则 1. General
除经重庆进近或塔台特殊许可外，在重庆
进近管制区和塔台管制区内的飞行，必须按照
仪表飞行规则进行。
Flights within Chongqing Approach Control Area and Tower
Control Area shall operate under IFR unless special clearance has
been obtained from Chongqing Approach Control or Tower Control.
2. 起落航线 2. Traffic circuits
起落航线通常在跑道东侧， 高度800-
1200 米；经空中交通管制部门许可，可在跑
道西侧进行。
Traffic circuits shall be normally made to the east of RWY, at the
altitudes of 800m-1200m; traffic circuits to the west of RWY are
subject to ATC clearance.

严格按照航图中公布的进、离场程序飞
行。如果需要，航空器可在空中交通管制部门
