a. 禁止未安装二次雷达应答机的航空器起
降;
a. Takeoff/landing of aircraft without SSR transponder are
forbidden;

停靠的航空器由地面人员指挥其进、出

a. Aircraft parking/docking on stand-off stand, VIP flight
parking stand, cargo aircraft parking stand or maintenance
parking stand will be guided by a marshaller for entry/exit;
b. 未经地面管制员同意,严禁航空器利用
自身动力倒滑;
b. Push-back of aircraft on its own power is strictly forbidden
without Ground Controller’s clearance;
c. 目视停靠引导系统的使用规定:详见
ZSPD AD 2.24
c. Operating Provisions for Visual Docking Guidance Systems:
Reference ZSPD AD 2.24 for details;
d. 发动机试车,需经地面管制许可,并在
指定的地点进行。严禁在廊桥附近和客
机坪上试大车。
d. Engine run-ups are subject to Ground Control clearance, and
may only be carried out at a designated location. Fast engine
run-ups near boarding bridges or on apron are strictly
forbidden.
4. 机场的II/III 类运行 4. CAT II/III operations at AD
a. 上海/浦东国际机场17 号和35 号跑道装
有Ⅱ类仪表着陆系统;
a. Runways 17 and 35 of Shanghai/Pudong International Airport
are equipped with ILS of CAT II;
b. 进场航空器应按照指定的快速脱离道脱
离跑道:
17 号跑道经F,G 或H 滑行道
35 号跑道经K,L 或J 滑行道
b. Arriving aircraft shall taxi out of the RWY via the designated
rapid exit taxiways:
RWY 17 via TWY F, G or H;
RWY 35 via TWY K, L or J.
c. 离场航空器通常在C、D、N 或P 滑行
道的等待位置等待,并按照指示从下列
滑行道进入跑道:
17 号跑道经N 或P 滑行道
c. Departing aircraft shall normally hold at holding positions on
TWY C, D, N or P, and shall normally enter RWY via the
designated taxiways:

所有飞行切勿误入浦东机场西北方向的
ZS(R) 559(上海市区)限制区。
All aircraft shall by no means fly into the Restricted Area ZS(R)
559 (urban area of Shanghai) by mistake, which is to the northwest
of Pudong Airport.

1. 总则 1. General
除经上海进近或浦东塔台特殊许可外,在
上海进近管制区和浦东塔台管制区内的飞行,
必须按照仪表飞行规则进行。
Flights within Shanghai Approach Control Area and Pudong Tower
Control Area shall operate under IFR unless special clearance has
been obtained from Shanghai Approach Control or Pudong Tower
Control.
2. 起落航线 2. Traffic circuits
起落航线在跑道东侧进行,C、D 类航空
器高度500 米,A、B 类航空器高度350 米。
Traffic circuits shall be made to the east of RWY, at the altitude of
500m for aircraft CAT C/D, and 350m for aircraft CAT A/B.

严格按照航图中公布的进、离场程序和
ENR2.2.3 中公布的有关规定飞行。如果需

路、导航台或定位点上空等待或做机动飞行。
Strict adherence is required to the relevant arrival/departure
procedures published in the aeronautical charts and the relevant
regulations published in subsection ENR2.2.3. Aircraft may, if
necessary, hold or maneuver on an airway, over a navigation
facility or a fix designated by ATC.

4. 雷达程序 4. Radar procedures
a. 雷导引导与排序:
通常,航空器从庵东VOR(AND)、无
锡VOR(VMB)、横沙VOR(HSH)等导
航台得到雷达引导和排序,直至最后进
近航迹(ILS 、PAR、VOR/DME),以加
速空中交通流量。考虑到航空器的性
能,按需要发出雷达引导和飞行高度层/
高度指令,使航空器之间有一定的距
离,以保持正确的着陆间隔;
