(1) Before the airplane flies, use Mode-99 to set the WBC to 100% autozero mode:
(a) Put the WBC into Mode-99 operation: 1) Open the keyboard cover, and push the MODE key. Display shows ( ) (MODE= ) 2) Push 99 (the 9 key two times).
Display shows ( ) (MODE= 99) 3) Push the ENTER key. Display shows (OK? ) (MODE= 99) 4) When the proper mode shows, push the YES key.

(b) Select the proper data set to edit:
1) When the display shows ENTR CAL CODE, push the decimal point key (.), the 9 key, and then the MODE key. Display shows (ENTR CAL) (CODE .9M)
2) Push the ENTER key. Display shows (OK? CAL ) (CODE .9M) 3) When the display shows OK? CAL CODE .9M, push the YES key. Display shows (ENTER 99) (CODE )
4) When the display shows ENTER 99 CODE, push 747 (the 7 key, the 4 key, and the 7 key), and the ENTER key. Display shows (ENTER 99) (CODE 747)
5) When the display shows OK? CODE 747, push the YES key.
Display shows ( EDIT) (ZERO? ) 6) When the display shows EDIT ZERO?, push the NO key. 7) When the display shows EDIT SPAN?, push the NO key. 8) When the display shows EDIT OFFSET?, push the NO key. 9) When the display shows EDIT CAL RES?, push the NO key. 10) When the display shows EDIT CAL WWT?, push the NO key. 11) When the display shows EDIT CAL CNT?, push the NO key. 12) When the display shows EDIT % AZ?, push the YES key.
Display shows (%AZ FLAG) ( 50% OK?)
(c) Set the WBC for 100% autozero: 1) When the display shows %AZ FLAG 50% OK?, push the NO key. Display shows (%AZ FLAG) (100% OK?)
2) When the display shows %AZ FLAG 100% OK?, push the YES key. Display shows (WRITE IN) (PROGRESS) for approximately 8 seconds, then it shows ( EXIT (MODE 99?)
3) When EXIT MODE 99? shows, push the YES key. Display shows (PROCESS ) (COMPLETE) for approximately 8 seconds.
NOTE: After one flight, the WBC automatically goes back to
____ the normal value of 50% autozero.

(2) Before subsequent airplane flights, Find the LANDING MSTR count value using mode-97:
(a)
Push the MODE key.
(b)
Push the 9 key and then the 7 key.
(c)
Push the ENTER key.
(d)
When OK? MODE = 97 shows, push the YES key.
(e)
When the LANDING MSTR value shows, record the count.
(f)
Add (+) one to the LANDING MSTR count. This value is the LANDING count used to identify the 100 percent data in mode 98.
(g)
Push the RESET key to stop this mode. (The WBC shows PROCESS ABORTED.)
(h)
Close the keyboard cover.
