 1) 414K20 WT & BAL

P415 Power Distribution Center - Right

Use WBC mode 05 to read the airplane registration number from the WBC and the EIU:

 (a)  
Open the keyboard cover.

 (b)  
Push the MODE key.

 (c)  
Push the 0 key and then the 5 key.

 (d)  
Push the ENTER key.

 (e)  
When OK? shows, push the YES key.

 (f)  
When WBC A/C 747-400 shows, push the left arrow key.

 (g)  
When EIU T/S shows, record the number that shows on the right side of the WBC display (that number is the airplane registration number from the EIU).

 (h)  
Push the left arrow key.

 (i)  
When WBC T/S shows, record the number that shows on the right side of the WBC display (that number is the airplane registration number from the WBC).

 (j)  
Push the RESET key to stop mode 05. (The WBC then shows PROCESS ABORTED for approximately 8 seconds.)

 (7)  If EIU T/S and WBC T/S are the same, use WBC mode 51 to send the calibration data from the WBC to the CM:
 (a)  
Push the MODE key.

 (b)  
Push the 5 key and then the 1 key.

 (c)  
Push the ENTER key.

 (d)  
When OK? shows, push the YES key.

 (e)  
When COPY WBC DATA? shows, push the YES key. (The CM automatically gets the calibration data from the WBC.)

 (f)  
Close the keyboard cover.

 (g)  
When PUSH TEST SW shows, do the Calibration Module Installation Test below.

 (8)  If EIU T/S and WBC T/S are different, use WBC mode-99 to put the airplane registration number and the calibration data into the CM:
 (a)  Start mode 51 on the WBC: 1) Push the MODE key. 2) Push the 9 key and then the 9 key. 3) Push the ENTER key. 4) When OK? shows, push the YES key. 5) When ENTR CAL CODE shows, push the decimal point (.) key
 and then the 9 key.
 6) Push the MODE key.
 7) Push the ENTER key.

 8) When OK? CAL CODE .9M shows, push the YES key.
 9) When A/C 747-400 shows, push the ENTER key.
 10) When OK? 747-400 shows, push the YES key.
Put the airplane registration number into the CM:
 1) When T/S 0 shows, push the right or left arrow key until

 the number that shows is the first number of the airplane
 registration number that you recorded. 2) Push the ENTER key. 3) When DONE?T/S shows, push the NO key to go to the
 subsequent number in the airplane registration number. 4) Do the three steps above for each number in the airplane registration number. 5) When DONE?T/S shows with the full airplane registration number, push the YES key. 6) When OK? T/S shows, make sure the correct airplane
 registration number shows and then push the YES key.Put the load sensor span values from your written record into the CM: 1) When SPAN 1 shows, put in the span value for load sensor 1
 from your written record of calibration data.
 a) Use these keys to put in data: + - . 0-9
 b) Use the left arrow to erase incorrect data.
