A. Installation of the SLIDE ARMED Indicator-Light
(Ref. Fig. 402/TASK 52-73-21-991-005)
(1)
Install the SLIDE ARMED indicator-light (2) on the lining panel (7).
(2)
Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.
(3) Connect the electrical connector (3) to the electrical connector (4). Subtask 52-73-21-410-057
B. Installation of the Lining Panel
(1) Install the insulation.

D. Operational Test
(1) Do an operational test of the SLIDE ARMED indicator-light of the emergency exit. (Ref. TASK 52-73-00-710-002)

A. Arming of the Emergency Escape Slide
(Ref. Fig. 402/TASK 52-73-21-991-005)
(1) Arm the escape slide of the emergency exit (7) as follows:
(a) With a wrench turn the head of the latch pin (6) a quarter turn clockwise to extend the latch pin (6).
NOTE : The white SLIDE ARMED (2) indicator light comes on.

(b) Install and close the flap (5) on the emergency exit (7). NOTE : the white SLIDE ARMED (2) indicator light goes off.

B. Close Access
(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Close the applicable FWD passenger/crew door 831 or 841. (Ref. TASK 52-10-00-410-001)
