 Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.

 Open the applicable avionics compartment door 811 or 812 or 824 (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-010-002).

 Get out of the avionics compartment.

 (4)
 Close the applicable avionics compartment door 811 or
 812 or
 or 824 (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-410-002).

 

 (5) Remove the access platform(s). Subtask 52-71-00-862-063

 (1)
 Put an access platform in position in front of the applicable avionics compartment door.

 (2)
 Open the applicable avionics compartment door 811 or 812 or 824 (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-010-002).

 (3)
 Get access to the avionics compartment.

 (4)
 Close the applicable avionics compartment door 811 or
 812 or
 824 (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-410-002).

 Make sure that all the doors are closed.

 Do the EIS start procedure (Ref. TASK 31-60-00-860-001)

 On the ECAM control panel, push the DOOR key: - on the lower ECAM DU the DOOR/OXY page comes into view.

 WARNING : DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR DURING THE ADJUSTMENT.

 Remove the lockwire from the nut (1).

 (2)
 Loosen the nut (1) of the target (2).

 (3) Turn the target (2) until the symbol of the avionics doors is green on the lower ECAM DU.
 NOTE : The target (2) and the proximity switch (3) must not touch.

 Turn the target (2) in the opposite direction until the symbol of the avionics compartment doors is amber on the lower ECAM DU.

 (5)
 From this position, screw the adjustable target by two turns to two turns and a half .
