(3) On the ECAM control panel, push the DOOR key:
-On the lower ECAM DU the DOOR/OXY page comes into view.
4. Procedure

A. Adjustment of the Proximity Switches (4WN1, 4WN2, 7WN1, 7WN2)
WARNING : DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR DURING THE ADJUSTMENT.

(1)
Remove the SAFETY PIN - SLIDE ARMING (98D52103500000).
(2)
Put the emergency control handle in the ARMED position.
(3)
Remove the nut (3) and the washer (4) or (5) and discard it.
(4)
Turn the target (2) until the slide message comes into view in white on the lower ECAM DU.
NOTE : The target (2) and the proximity switch (1) must not touch.

(5)
Turn the target (2) in the opposite direction until the slide message goes out of view on the lower ECAM DU.
(6)
From this position, screw the target (2) by two turns to two turns and a half .
(7)
Apply LUBRICANTS (Material No. 06-005) on the threads of the target (2).
(8)
Install a new washer:
-
FOR 4WN1, 4WN2
washer (4)
-
FOR 7WN1, 7WN2
washer (5)
(9)
Install the nut (3).
(10)
TORQUE the nut (3) to between 0.3 and 0.4 m.daN (26.54 and 35.39 lbf.in).
(11)
Safety the nut (3) with the washer (4) or (5) or (6) or (7).
(12)
Put the emergency control handle in the DISARMED position.

(2)
Turn the target (2) until the symbol of the door is green on lower ECAM DU.
NOTE : The target (2) and the proximity switch (1) must not touch.

Turn the target (2) in the opposite direction until the symbol of the door is amber on the lower ECAM DU.
(4)
From this position, screw the target (2) by two turns to two turns and a half .
(5)
Apply LUBRICANTS (Material No. 06-005) on the threads of the target (2).

Install a new washer:

FOR 13WV1, 13WV2
washer (6)

FOR 17WV1, 17WV2

Install the nut (3).
