B. Installation of the Lining Panel

Install the insulation blanket.

Install the lining panel:

C. Close Access
(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Obey the special precautions after the work on the emergency exit (Ref. TASK 52-22-00-860-004).
(3)
Close the applicable emergency exit 833 or 834 or 843 or 844, (Ref. TASK 52-22-00-410-002).
(4) Remove the access platform(s). Subtask 52-71-00-862-067
D. De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. TASK 24-41-00-862-002).

B. Get Access WARNING : DO NOT OPEN THE PASSENGER/CREW DOOR IF THE WIND SPEED IS MORE

THAN 65 KNOTS.
WARNING : STOP THE OPENING PROCEDURE IF THE RED WARNING LIGHT FLASHES.
_______ RESIDUAL PRESSURE COULD CAUSE THE DOOR TO OPEN WITH A SUDDEN FORCE AND INJURE PERSONS AND/OR DAMAGE THE AIRCRAFT.
(1)
Put an access platform in position in front of the passenger/crew door 831.
(2)
Open the applicable passenger/crew door (Ref. TASK 52-10-00-010-001).
(3)
Disarm the escape slide of the applicable emergency exit as follows: (Ref. Fig. 518/TASK 52-71-00-991-019)
(a)
Open and remove the flap (5) of the emergency exit (8). NOTE : the applicable SLIDE ARMED indicator light (6) comes on.

(b)
On the emergency exit, with a hexagonal socket wrench, turn the head of the latch pin (7) a quarter turn counterclockwise to retract the latch pin (7).
NOTE : the SLIDE ARMED indicator light (6) goes off.
