(b) On the emergency exit, with a hexagonal socket wrench, turn the head of the latch pin (7) a quarter turn counterclockwise to retract the latch pin (7).
NOTE : the SLIDE ARMED indicator light (6) goes off.____

WARNING : DO NOT OPEN THE EMERGENCY EXIT DURING THE ADJUSTMENT.

Make sure that the clearance J1 between the target (2) and the bracket (1) of the proximity switch (9) is 41.2 +1.0 -1.0 mm (1.6220 +0.0393 -0.0393 in.)
(2)
If necessary, adjust the target position as follows:
(a) Loosen the locknut (4) to release the serrated washer (3) and adjust the target (2) to get the correct clearance J1.
(b) Tighten the locknut (4).

(b) Install and close the cover flap (5) on the emergency exit (8). NOTE : The SLIDE ARMED indicator light (6) goes off.
