WING GEAR DOWNLOCK SENSORS - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
_________________________________________________
1. General_______
A. This procedure contains two tasks. These tasks remove and install the downlock sensor for the wing landing gear.
B. The primary (S399, left and S405, right), and the alternate (S415, left and S412, right) downlock sensors attach to the upper jury strut at the jury strut apex.
C. It is not necessary to lift the airplane with a jack. You adjust the clearance between the sensor and the target with the gear in the down position.
