____ Fig. 201. The clearance adjustment is usually not necessary. You must do a check of the clearance if the sensor mounting support is moved, if the the door is replaced, or if the doorstop is adjusted.

Adjust the sensor:

 (a)  
Make sure the clearance between the sensor and target is in the limits shown on Fig. 201.

 (b)  
Install a new shim or remove the laminates from the shim as it is necessary to change the clearance.

 (c)  
Install the sensor and tighten the mounting screws.

 WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT ALL PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE CLEAR OF THE
_______ DOOR OPERATION PATH. THE FAST MOVEMENT OF THE DOORS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE EQUIPMENT.
 (a)  Move the ground release handle for the left main gear door to the "Doors Open" position. 1) Put an actuator on the primary door warning sensor, S408
 (left body gear). 2) Make sure that Bit 24 of label 270 is a 0 (NOT OPEN). 3) Remove the actuator from the primary door warning sensor,
