 3)  Move the lockwasher in the correct position and tighten the locknut 10 to 20 pound-inches. 4) Attach the nut to the transducer attach bolt with lockwire.
 (e)  
Apply silicon grease to the connector screws.

 (f)  
Install the connector with the screws, tighten to a torque of 50 to 60 pound-inches and install the lockwire.

 (g)  
Remove the old sealant and clean the surfaces adjacent to the switch and the connector with cleaner.

Apply a bead of sealant to the switch receptacle flange at the steering actuator cylinder.

Disconnect the lower torsion links of the body landing gear from the actuators (AMM 32-53-11/201).

Make sure that the actuators and fittings are free to move (through the range of travel of each actuator in the extend and retract directions).

Move the control handle of the landing gear to the DN position.
