Install the Truck Tilt Sensor Target Bracket (Fig. 201)

Clean the mounting surfaces of the target bracket, shim, and landing gear with the solvent.
(2)
Apply sealant to the mounting surface of the sensor support bracket.

Do these steps to install the sensor target bracket:
(a)
Position the bracket and shim on the landing gear.

NOTE: Install the shim in the same location and orientation

F. Prepare for Adjustment

WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY INSTALL GROUND LOCKS IN ALL LANDING GEAR.
_______ AN ACCIDENTAL RETRACTION OF THE LANDING GEAR CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) Make sure you install the ground locks for the main landing gear (AMM 09-11-00/201).

WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY DO THE STEPS IN THE TASK BELOW TO INSTALL
_______ THE DOOR LOCKS ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

Make sure you install the main gear door locks (AMM 32-00-30/201).

Adjust the Truck Tilt Sensor
NOTE:____Do not loosen the target bracket to adjust the sensor gap. If the target bracket fastenners are loosened, you must put sealant on the bracket fastenners.

(1) Remove the retaining bolt and nut from the torsion link pin.

CAUTION: DO NOT INSERT THE DIGITAL GAGE INTO THE SENSOR GAP ADJUSTMENT
_______ TOOL UNLESS THE TOOL IS INSTALLED ON THE WING LANDING GEAR IN POSITION ONE OR TWO AND TIGHTENNED WITH THE STAR WHEEL. IF THE GAGE IS INSTALLED WHEN THE ADJUSTMENT TOOL IS NOT TIGHTENNED, THE GAGE MAY BE DAMAGED.
(2) Assemble the sensor gap measurement tool.
