Remove the four screws that attach the cover to the tape reproducer.

Remove the cover from the tape reproducer.
(d)
Hold the tape reproducer while you remove the screws.
NOTE: The tape reproducer weights approximately 3.5 lbs.

Remove the four screws that attach the tape reproducer to the wall.
(f)
Slowly pull the tape reproducer from the wall.
(g)
Remove the electrical connector from the rear of the tape reproducer.
(h)
Put the electrical connector back in the opening to make sure it cannot be damaged.

(a)
Connect the electrical connector to the rear of the tape reproducer.
(b)
Hold the tape reproducer against the wall.
(c)
Install the four screws that attach the tape reproducer to the wall.
(d)
Hold the cover in the approximate position where it will get installed.
(e)
Attach the cover to the tape reproducer with the four screws.

Push the 2 number code (90) on the keyboard.
(b)
Push the MUSIC 1 button to open the tape cassette door.
(c)
Install a tape cassette in the tape reproducer.
(d)
Push on the lower edge of the cassette door to close it.
(e)
Close the cover on the tape reproducer.
D. Boarding Music Test

Do a test of the boarding music:
(a)
Push the MUSIC 1 button on the tape reproducer.
(b)
Push the START button on the tape reproducer.
(c)
Adjust the volume control if it is necessary 1) Make sure you hear clear music on all of the speakers.

Push the STOP button on the tape reproducer.
(2)
Remove electrical power if it is not necessary (AMM 24-22-00/201).

SERVICE INTERPHONE SYSTEM - DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION

1. General (Fig. 1 and 2)_______
A. The service interphone system provides interphone communications between the flight crew, the attendants, and ground crew personnel. The system includes: an audio accessory unit or a remote electronics unit, the service interphone switch, the attendants handsets, and the service interphone jacks. Also, there is provision for a control stand handset (Fig. 1).
B. Handsets are installed in the forward and aft attendant panels for communication between attendants. Switched service interphone jacks located throughout the airplane are for use by ground crew personnel during servicing and maintenance. Personnel in the control cabin can communicate with the attendants or ground crew personnel through the audio selector panels and the headphones and microphones of the flight interphone system.
