lbf.in).

Remove the blanking caps from the disconnected electrical connectors.

C. Positioning of the Ram-Air Outlet Flap
(1) For this test we recommend two persons with interphone communication. One person in the cockpit to monitor the test and one person at the related air outlet to measure the outlet flap gap.
WARNING : KEEP AWAY FROM THE PARTS OF THE RAM AIR OUTLET FLAPS THAT
_______ MOVE. THESE CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS, AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(2) In the cockpit do the operational test of the pack
temperature-control system (Ref. TASK 21-61-00-710-001).
NOTE : The purpose of this test is to get movement of the ram-air
____ outlet flap. During the test the ram-air outlet flap positions are as follows:
-
movement to the fully retracted position,
-
movement to the fully open position,
-
movement to the fully retracted position (the flap is stopped in this position for apprx. 30 seconds).
-
movement to the flight open position,
-
movement to the pack off position.
(3) The person at the ram-air outlet flap must tell the person in the cockpit when the ram-air outlet flap is stopped in the fully retracted position.

(4) The person in the cockpit must then do the work step which follows.
NOTE : The test is stopped when you do this.
