R (6) Put the packing (2) in position on the anti-ice valve (3) and the
R packing (5) in position on the pipe-assembly flange (6).
R (7) Put the anti-ice valve (3) in position between the pipe-assembly
R flange (1) and the pipe-assembly flange (6).
R (8) Install the clamps (4) and (12).
R NOTE : Do not fully tighten at this time.____
R (9) Make sure that the clamps (4) and (12) are in the correct position.
R (10) TORQUE the clamps (4) and (12) to between 0.51 and 0.56 m.daN (45.13
R and 49.55 lbf.in).
R (11) Put the bonding strap (11) in position on the reheater (10) and
R install the screw (7), the washer (9) and the nut (8).
R (12) TORQUE the nut (8) to between 0.2 and 0.25 m.daN (17.69 and 22.12
R lbf.in) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).
R (13) Remove the blanking caps and connect the electrical connector (13).
R (14) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other
R items.

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit
breaker(s):
R (1) FOR 17HH
- 1HH, 2HH, 3HH, 4HH.
R (2) FOR 37HH
- 21HH, 22HH, 23HH, 24HH.

C. Test
(1) Do the pre-conditioning through the HP ground connector or with the APU (Ref. TASK 12-33-21-618-001) (Ref. TASK 12-33-21-618-001).
(2) Do a leak check of the anti-ice valve and sense line connections.
NOTE : Leaks are not permitted.____
(3) After approx. 15 minutes stop the pre-conditioning (Ref. TASK 12-33-21-618-001) (Ref. TASK 12-33-21-618-001).
(4) Do the operational test of the pack temperature control system (Ref. TASK 21-61-00-710-001).
