Hold the ram-air outlet flap (5) and install the shafts (8) and (9).
NOTE : Do not fully install the shaft (9) at this time.
____ You must leave enough space at the outlet flap housing so that you can position the lever (2).
(e) Put the lever (2) in position and fully install the shaft (9) in the lever.
NOTE : Make sure that the marking on the lever (2) is in line

with the marking on the shaft (9).
(f)
Install the bolts (10).
(g)
TORQUE the bolts (10) to 0.4 m.daN (35.39 lbf.in).
(h)
Put the bonding strap (17) in position and install the bolt (11) and the washer (18)
(i)
TORQUE the bolt (11) to 0.4 m.daN (35.39 lbf.in) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).
(j)
Safety the bolts (10) and (11) with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).
(k)
Install the washer (3) and the nut (4).
NOTE : Do not fully tighten the nut (4) at this time.

Put the bolt (16) in position and install the washer (19) and the nut (20).
NOTE : Do not fully tighten the nut (20) at this time.

(m) Install the washer (15) and the nut (14).

TORQUE the nut to 0.1 m.daN (8.84 lbf.in).

Put the lining plate (13) in position and install the screws (12).
(p)
Put the lining plate (6) in position and install the screws (7).
(q)
Install the ram-air outlet-flap actuator (1) (Ref. TASK 21-61-52-400-001).
NOTE : Do not install the access panel/s at this time.

(r) Make sure that :-1 The ram-air outlet flap (5) is in the fully closed position.
_ 2 The ram-air outlet-flap actuator (1) is in the fully retracted
_
position.
3 The centerlines of the lever (2) and the ram-air outlet-flap
_
actuator (1) align.
(s) TORQUE the nut (4) to 0.5 m.daN (44.24 lbf.in).
(t) TORQUE the nut (20) to 0.8 m.daN (70.79 lbf.in).

B. Do the adjustment of the ram-air outlet flap (Ref. TASK 21-61-52-820-001).
