(1) Put the air-outlet flap actuator (3) in position on the bracket (10).
NOTE : Make sure that the sleeve (11) is in position in the bracket

Install the bolt (7), the washer (13) and the nut (12).
(3)
Install the new cotter pin (8) and safety.
(4)
Put the air-outlet flap actuator rod-end in position in the air-outlet flap arm (9).
(5)
Install the bush (15), the bolt (8) and the nut (16).
(6)
Put the bonding strap (14) in position and install the bolt (4), the washer (5) and the nut (6) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).

(7) Remove the blanking caps and connect the electrical connector (2). Subtask 21-61-52-820-051
B. Adjustment
(1)
Do the adjustment of the ram-air outlet flap (Ref. TASK 21-61-52-820-001).
(2)
If no adjustment is necessary:
(a)
Torque the nut (3) to 0.6 m.daN (53.09 lbf.in).
(b)
Safety the nut (3) by folding back the tab of the tab-washer against the jack screw and the lock nut.
