Make sure that the APU BLEED, the ENG BLEED/1(2) and the PACK/1(2) pushbutton switches are in the off position: - on the APU BLEED pushbutton switch the ON legend is off, - on the ENG BLEED/1(2) and the PACK/1(2) pushbutton switches the
OFF legends are on.
(b)
Put a warning notice in position to tell persons not to operate these pushbutton switches.
(2)
Put a warning notice on the HP ground connector to tell persons not to supply the ground air.

(2) Remove the nut (6), the bolt (3), the spacer (4) and disconnect the lever (5) from the actuator (2).
NOTE : Hold the ram air outlet-flap (1) and the actuator (2) when you

remove the bolt (3).
(3) Let the ram air outlet-flap (1) move to the fully open position.

Subtask 21-61-00-350-055
A. Replacement of Sheared or Loose Rivets
(1)
Remove or drill out the sheared or loose rivets.
(2)
If necessary increase the diameter of the rivet holes to a maximum of
4.1 mm (0.1614 in.).
NOTE : If the diameter of the rivet holes is larger than 4.1 mm
____ (0.1614 in.) then you must replace the ram air outlet-flap (Ref. TASK 21-61-52-000-002) and (Ref. TASK 21-61-52-400-002).
(3)
Countersink drill the holes to the correct size for the replacement rivets.
(4)
Clean the component and the adjacent area.
(5)
Install the rivets:
(a)
For the rivets (7),
-Part Number NAS1921C05S03.
(b)
For the rivets (8) (where installed):
-Part Number NAS 1921C05S02.
(c)
For the rivets (9):
-Part Number DIN 65339-4000DF, select length from 8 mm (0.3149 in.) to 15 mm (0.5905 in.).
(d)
For the rivets (10):
-Part Number NAS 1921C05S02.
