R  A. Installation of the Back Up Solenoid  
R  (1) Put the back up solenoid (5) in position and install the screw (4),  
R  the washer (6), and the nut (7).  
R  (2) Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.  
R  (3) Apply a small quantity of COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-014A) to the  
R  threaded parts of the connectors (2) and (3).  
R  (4) At the solenoid (5), install the sense line connectors (2) and (3).  
R  (5) TORQUE the sense line connectors (2) and (3) to between 0.9 and 0.915  
R  m.daN (79.64 and 80.97 lbf.in).  
R  (6) Remove the blanking caps and connect the electrical connector (1).

R  B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit

R  (1) Do the pre-conditioning through the HP ground connector or with the

R  (2) Do a leak check of the sense line connectors (2) and (3) at the back  
R  up solenoid (5).  
R  NOTE : Leaks are not permitted.____
R  (3) After approx. 15 minutes stop the pre-conditioning (Ref. TASK 12-33- 
R  21-618-001) (Ref. TASK 12-33-21-618-001).  
R  (4) Do the operational test of the pack temperature control system  
R  (Ref. TASK 21-61-00-710-001).
