4. Procedure

Subtask 21-61-16-420-051
A. Installation of the Pack-Inlet Temperature Sensor
(1)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
R (a) FOR 16HH 1 Put the clamps (2) in position on the pack-inlet pressure
_
sensor (10).
2 Put the pack-inlet pressure sensor (10) in position on the
_
bracket (11).
3 Install the bolts (4) and the washers (3).
_ 4 Put the bonding strap (7) in position and install the screw
_ (6), the washer (8) and the nut (9) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-002).
5 Remove the blanking caps from the disconnected electrical
_
connectors.
6 Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the
_
correct condition.
7 Connect the electrical connector (5).
_ 8 Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends and
_ connect the pressure sense line (1).
9 TORQUE the pressure sense line-connector (1) to between 0.95
_ and 1.05 m.daN (84.07 and 92.92 lbf.in).
10 Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and
