A. Removal of the Pack Controller
(1)
Loosen the nuts (4).
(2)
Lower the nuts (4).
(3)
Pull the pack controller (1) on its rack (3) to disconnect the electrical connectors (2).
(4)
Remove the pack controller (1) from its rack (3).
(5)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.

A. Installation of the Pack Controller
(1)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(4)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(5)
Install the pack controller (1) in its rack (3).

(6) Push the pack controller (1) on its rack (3) to connect the electrical connectors.
(7) Engage the nuts (4) on the lugs (5) and tighten. Subtask 21-61-34-865-052
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): FOR 7HH 1HH, 2HH, 3HH, 4HH FOR 27HH 21HH, 22HH, 23HH, 24HH
