A. Removal of the Ram-Air Outlet Flap
(1)
For the Left ram-air outlet flap:
(a)
Remove the nut (20), the washer (19) and the bolt (16).
(b)
Remove the nut (4), the washer (3) and the lever (2).
(c)
Remove the nut (14) and the washer (15).
(d)
Remove the screws (12) and the lining plate (13).
(e)
Hold the ram-air outlet flap (5) in the closed position and:

Remove the ram-air outlet flap (5).
(2)
For the Right ram-air outlet flap:
(a)
Remove the nut (20), the washer (19) and the bolt (16).
(b)
Remove the nut (4) and the washer (3).
(c)
Remove the nut (14) and the washer (15).
(d)
Remove the screws (12) and the lining plate (13).
(e)
Hold the ram-air outlet flap (5) in the closed position and: 1 Remove the screws (7) and the lining plate (6).
1_ Remove the screws (7) and the lining plate (6).
2_ Remove and discard the lockwire from the bolts (11) and (10).
3_ Remove the bolt (11), the washer (18) and disconnect the
bonding strap (17).
4_ Remove the bolts (10).
5_ Remove the shafts (8) and (9).

2_ Remove and discard the lockwire from the bolts (11) and (10).
3_ Remove the bolt (11), the washer (18) and disconnect the
bonding strap (17).
4_ Remove the bolts (10).
5_ Remove the shafts (8) and (9) and the lever (2).
(3) Do the inspection of the in-service wear limits for the applicable components (Ref. TASK 21-61-52-200-002).
