TONE GEN FAIL Aural warning tone
generator has failed.
Check CBs; reset if required:
• TONE WARN #1: Pilot’s Aft
Panel, A-5
• TONE WARN #2: Pilot’s Aft

If problem is not resolved,
proceed with flight. No aural
tones will be available.
