MULTI-LINGUAL
Distiller is language independent, allowing global organizations and multi-national shared
service centers to process invoices for many countries using a single instance of the solution.
One multi-national SSO processes invoices from dozens of countries through a single center
and they are able to run 90% of them straight through despite needing to comply with a
multitude of complex tax and legal rules.
UNIQUE, FLEXIBLE PRICING OPTIONS
In addition to the standard perpetual software license model, Brainware offers a
“per-page” pricing model. This licensing model provides the lowest upfront cash
investment and many organizations treat this type of license as an operational
expense instead of a capital expenditure. “Per-page” licenses mean that you only pay for the
documents that are processed. This licensing model can also be transferred to perpetual
licenses in the future.
PROVEN
Some of the largest brands in the world rely on Brainware to automate their transactional
data processing: Abbott, Airbus, Alcon, Amgen, Anadarko, Baylor Health Care, BB&T,
British American Tobacco, Continental Airlines, CORT, Halliburton, Her Majesty’s Prison Service,
HMSHost, JohnsonDiversey, Kaiser Permanente, Kimberly-Clark, KPMG, NHS Shared Business
Services, Philip Morris International, Southern Company, and Mayo Clinic to name a few.
POWERFUL DOCUMENT PROCESSING PLATFORM
Brainware Distiller is a single solution that can process all types of documents in any
language. There is no need to purchase another product or module to process your
orders, remittances, invoices, bills of lading, EOBs, proof-of-delivery statements or any other
transactional documents.

Agenda Item 7: Development of Asia/Pacific Regional ADS-B implementation plan and
sub-regional based ADS-B implementation plan
OUTCOME OF SEA ADS-B WG/3 ON AMC20-24
(Presented by the Secretariat)
1. Introduction
1.1 The third meeting of South East Asia ADS-B Working Group (SEA ADS-B WG/3)
held from 2 to 3 July 2008 in Putrajya, Malaysia noted that the European Aviation Safety Agency
(EASA) published AMC20-24 on 25 April 2008 which defines acceptable means of compliance for
the airworthiness and operational approval of the “Enhanced Air Traffic Services in Non-Radar Areas
using ADS-B Surveillance” (ADS-B-NRA) application. This will significantly contribute to ADS-B
operational deployment.
1.2 The meeting discussed a proposal presented by Australia for endorsement of
AMC20-24 as guidance or fitment requirements within the Asia and Pacific Regions till 2020. The
document is consistent with the APANPIRG 18 Conclusion and the recent Regional ICAO letter on
the topic of ADS-B out mandates. It supports compliance with the avionics requirements of
EUROCAE/RTCA ADS-B-NRA standard (ED-126, DO-303). Further, it allows use of DO260 and
DO260A although DO260A is clearly preferred. It also allows positional data sources other than GPS
provided equivalent performance is demonstrated.
1.3 The CNS/MET SG/12 meeting held in July 2008 noted the discussions of the SEA
ADS-B working group regarding recommendation - AMC20-24 with proposed changes serves as
baseline document for further consideration by ADS-B SITF and CNS/MET Sub-group of
APANAPIRG. APANPIRG/19 meeting held in September also noted this outcome.
