WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT THE GROUND LOCKS ARE INSTALLED IN ALL OF THE LANDING
GEAR BEFORE YOU PRESSURIZE THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS. WITHOUT THE
GROUND LOCKS, THE LANDING GEAR CAN RETRACT AND CAUSE INJURIES TO
PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(6) Install the ground lock assemblies in the landing gear. To install them, do this task: Landing
Gear Downlock Pins Installation, TASK 32-00-01-480-801.

WARNING: KEEP PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT CLEAR OF THE FLIGHT CONTROL SURFACES.
THESE COMPONENTS CAN MOVE SUDDENLY WHEN YOU SUPPLY HYDRAULIC
POWER. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURIES TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(7) Pressurize the speed brake hydraulic systems A and B:
(a) Set the ELEC 2, HYD PUMPS A or ELEC 1, HYD PUMPS B switch on the forward overhead
panel to the ON position.
(b) To pressurize the hydraulic system A, set the SPOILER A switch on the forward overhead
panel to the ON position.
(c) To pressurize the hydraulic system B, set the SPOILER B switch on the forward overhead
panel to the ON position.
