Dismount the wing-to-fuselage and fuselage-to-tail unit fairing;

Remove the wheel fairing.
b) Storage
1. Engine and engine compartment
1.
Remove the dirt and dust from the engine and the engine compartment area;
2.
Warm-up the engine util it reaches its prescribed operating temperature, and replace the oil;
3.
Start the engine and let it run for abut 5 minutes at 2000-2500 rot/min.
4.
Stop the engine and let it cool down;
5.
Spray preservation oil on the metallic parts of the engine;

Stop up the draining pipe;
7.
Remove all corrosion pits from the engine compartment, clean with white spirit and lubricate with preservation grease;
8.
Clean with white spirit and grease the joints of the engine controls; pour some preservation oil in the Bowden tubes and actuate them a couple of times;
9.
Recondition the engine mount protection coating and protect with grease the exposed areas of the bolts and fastening nuts.
10.
Install the engine cowling and cover the air intakes with fabric and adhesive tape, if the airplane is kept outside, in adverse weather conditions: exposed to wind, rainfalls, dust etc.
2. Propeller
1.
Clean the propeller blades and spinner with water and soft soap; if necessary, dismount the spinner;
2.
Clean the propeller hub and corresponding fasteners with white spirit and grease them;
3.
Install and secure the blade protection covers.
3. Fuel system
1. Check for any leakage from the tanks or fuel circuit;
2.
Drain the fuel tanks and the settling filter through the discharge valves of the tanks until the gasoline is clean;
3.
Replenish the fuel tanks;
4.
Turn off the fuel cocks;
