2. It is not allowed to use stop nuts with plastic rings in the engine compartment area.
3. If no adequate torque indicator handle wrenches are available, it is recommended to use the following method for tightening the nuts: torque tighten the nut with a regular wrench, then loosen it on a quarter of a turn, and safety it.
1.9. General safety information
Compliance with the servicing operations as well as with the work specifications provided for in this manual is considered a mandatory task. Upon airplane servicing, carry out all inspections and tasks provided for in this manual, solve any discrepancies identified, and remove all non-conformances found out during operation and recorded in logbooks.

AIRPLANE MAINTENANCE MANUAL
Complete performance of the prescribed tasks in due time and at quality standards assures the good operating condition of the airplane, its reliability and readiness for flight.
The personnel performing servicing tasks on the airplane should study this manual first, aquatint themselves with the design and operation of the airframe, engine, propeller, landing gear, airplane systems and equipment and have the necessary qualification for carrying out such tasks.
All the tasks prescribed in this manual, as well as the tasks recommended in other documents issued by the producer (technical notes, service bulletins etc.) should be performed by adequately using the inspection instruments, tools, uniform as well as all the other necessary means.
Never let more than one person climb on the wings; in case of two persons, they should climb in turns, and never on the same side of the airplane: overweighed persons should climb carefully, so as not to cause the airplane fall on its tail.
While carrying out tasks on the airplane, strictly observe the safety precautions, mainly:
-While working on the fuel system, ground the airplane; do not smoke, do not work with open fire and do not work simultaneously on the electrical system; -Never use plastic tanks for fuelling the airplane unless they are authorized for
airplane fuelling;. -For assembly – dismantling of engine, use only adequate and tested lifting equipment; -Do not stay closer than 6 m in front of the propeller, or in the propeller rotation plane when performing operation tests on the engine-propeller unit; -When working with dangerous chemical substances (adhesives, thinners), use adequate protective equipment: goggles, gloves etc.; -When checking the tightness of the fuel tanks, make sure the pressure does not exceed 3,5 psi; -Use adequate non-slippery shoes that do not damage the airplane protection covering;
-Do not lay down tools, machines or containers on the airplane skin; Upon completion of work, carefully check for any foreign objects in the airplane. For current problems that might occur in operation, read this manual and the documentation
