7.
Once the joint completed, connect the aileron and flap controls, paying attention to the securing elements;
8.
Reconnect the wing fuel system components to the fuselage fuel system elements (supply and return), making sure that the joints are airtight;
9. Plug in the fuel transducer electrical connectors;
10. Connect the wing manifold pressure intake to the pipe in the fuselage and tighten the fastening clamp.
11. Install the wing-to-fuselage fairing, securing them in position with adequate fasteners.
4. Horizontal and vertical tail assembly (see fig. 11, 12 & 13)
The horizontal tail unit is assembled in the following order:
1. Prepare the horizontal stabilizer braces, and precisely determine their position: LH and RH, respectively. CAUTION: Upon assembly, it is not allowed to reverse the LH and RH braces.
2. Install the horizontal stabilizer braces (LH and RH respectively) in the lower points located on the fuselage;

3. Untie the knots, then bring the horizontal stabilizer braces, in turn, in horizontal position and place them so that the second hole in the front fitting matches the hole in the frame, then install and preliminary tighten a second bolt on the front fitting; CAUTION: In case of an insterstice between the fitting and the frame rear area, take some spacers from the kit and insert them between fittings and frame.
4.
Fold the braces over, in turn, so that the corresponding fastening hole in the brace matches the fitting hole in the rear spar trailing edge of the horizontal stabilizer brace; install the bolts, washers and fastening nuts, in turn, tighten them to final torque and secure them;
5. Finally tighten all bolts to the recommended torque values, and safety wire them;
6.
Reestablish the link between the elevator levers and the eyebolts of the control rods, installing the bushings or the adjusting washers so as to assure the play between the control rod and the cutout edges to allow the rod protruding out of the fuselage; then secure them in position;
7.
Place the horizontal stabilizer-to-fuselage fairing in position and secure them with screws corresponding to the type of sheet metal being used. The leading edge and trailing edge fairing will be installed after the final checkup of the assembly.
8. Remove the elevator and rudder chocks.
9. Check the free movement of the control surfaces, check for axial plays, and make sure that a minimum clearance of 0.1 inch is available between the moving surfaces.
5. Wing assembly
The propeller is supplied disassembled and packed separately, to ensure, as much as possible, its protection against damage during shipment.
Wing assembly will be performed in conformance with the propeller operating instructions attached to the airplane documentation. CAUTION: Special attention should be paid to make sure that the propeller blades show not damages and that they are securely fastened.
