Tighten to final torque the bolt nuts to the side straps and secure them in position.
6.
Remove the plugs and re-establish the brake system connections.
7.
Check the assembly.
8.
Ventilate the brake system and replenish the brake fluid in the tank.
9.
Check the operating condition of the brake.
2. Nose gear assembly
1. Check for any dents.
2.
Place the nose gear with the attachment lugs in the sustaining fitting at the engine mount and insert the axle downwards.
3. Install the washer, the nut, and secure them in position with a split pin.
4.
Re-establish the connections at the control rods, tighten to final torque the nuts and secure them in position with a split pin.
5. Check the assembly.

Three fastening sections are used for joining the wing to the fuselage (see fig. 4, 14, 15 & 25): after the front spar (one point), the main spar (four points) and the rear spar (one point). Inspection doors are provided in the cockpit floor area, for access to the middle joint fuselage beam.
a) Preparing the wings for assembly
Remove the protection plugs from the fuel systems pipes.
Prepare the electrical connectors of the fuel quantity transducer for connection, and check for any damages.
On the LH wing, check and prepare the flexible tube of the manifold intake port for connection.
Install the centering ends XR13-00-3001F at the main joint bolts.
Necessary staff: 4 persons.
The wing is mounted after locking the aileron and the flap, as follows:
1.
Three people lift the wing, one by the end, and two in the joint area, they set it with the central hinges in the beam groove, pushing without forcing until the first hole in the main lower hinge of the wing matches the related hole in the fuselage beam, and the fourth person, climbed in the cockpit, installs the first bolt fitted with a centering head, without tightening it;
2.
By slightly lifting or lowering the wingtip, locate the first hole in the lower fitting in the wing until it matches the corresponding hole in the beam, then install the bolt, fitted with a centering head;
3.
Unscrew the centering heads from the installed bolts, then install the washers and the nuts and tighten them manually;
4.
Install the other two bolts, using centering heads if necessary, install the washers and manually tighten the nuts;
5.
Install the bolts, washers and nuts at the front and rear fittings for wing-to-fuselage joint, finally tighten the nuts to a recommended torque of 85 inch/lb and secure them in position;
6.
Finally tighten the four nuts at the main joint bolts to a torque of 410 inch/lb and secure them with a split pin;
