Inspect the degreasing quality with white filter paper; the paper should exhibit no traces of dirt;

Prepare the primer G 3204N, by mixing the two components below:
Base G 3204N, hardener I 3325N=100:25, and then dilute with D 309N until the application
viscosity reaches 10-15%;

Application or primer: apply two layers, crossed

Drying for 24 hours at 20-25o .

Prepare the paint V3204 by mixing the two components:
Base V3204N: hardener I 3325N=100:20, and then dilute with D 309N up to an application
viscosity of maximum 10%; pre-reaction time: 30 min.
10.
Spray with the painting gun, using a nozzle of 1.4 mm (0,05 in.), at a pressure of 3-4.5 bar (43.5 – 63.2 psi), two layers, crossed. The layer must be glossy; no run-offs or orange peel areas are allowed.
NOTE:

For complete re-painting, contact a specialized shop.
2.
Protect the canopy windows with two layers of gelatin.

14. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR STORAGE, LIFTING AND SHIPMENT OF AIRPLANE
14.1. Storage
The airplane storage conditions must be so as to prevent any mechanical damages or corrosion. To this purpose, the airplanes will usually be kept in specially designed areas (hangars).
In case the airplane is kept outside the hangar, in normal climate conditions, the airplane parking is usually accompanied by actuation of the parking brake, locking of flight controls and the use of protection tarpaulins. In case of adverse weather conditions (rainfalls, strong wind, extreme temperatures etc.), the airplanes will be protected with tarpaulins, oriented in the prevailing wind direction and anchored to ground. In case of a longer period of down-time, the airplane should be stored.
