2.6. Instructions
1.
Perform the maintenance tasks after 100 hours of flight or at least once a year, preferably before starting the flight season.

2.
 Additionally check the landing gear, its local fastening structure and leveling after every hard landing (accidental or emergency landing, on off-road ground).

3.
 Compass compensation should be checked whenever new instruments or generators of additional magnetic fields are installed on the control panel.

4.
 After the first flight with a new (replaced) engine, and after 10 hours of operation, retighten the engine & propeller fastening nuts.


2.7. Greasing
Level of certification needed: Owner 
Monthly check the greasing of:
-joints at flight controls (aileron, flap, rudder, elevator, trim tab);
-joints at engine controls;
-joints at nose gear and nose gear control;
-ball bearings and axle of landing gear wheels (filling up of greasers);
-cables;
-hinges at control surfaces;
-canopy mechanisms.
If grease is missing (the areas are dry) or the joints/hinges are excessively covered with dust, grass or dirt, repeat the greasing procedure.
First, remove the dirt from the above-mentioned areas, then remove the old layer of grease, by washing the parts with gasoline or another organic solvent, and, after drying, apply a new coat of grease.
The following lubricants can be used: M.I.L.-C. 7711 ; general purpose LZ, TIATIM 201, RUL.100 or other equivalent types of grease.
CAUTION: Be careful while washing the areas with gasoline or other solvents, so as not to damage the paint coatings on the adjacent areas.
3. Main assemblies
3.1. Airframe

3.1.1. Airframe description
1. Fuselage (fig. 5; 6; 7) 
The fuselage is of semi-monocoque design, made mainly of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy sheet metal. The cross framework of the fuselage consists of 9 (nine) frames, apart from the firewall, the main landing gear frame and the rear enclosure formed by the rudder rear spar, which also acts as a fuselage end frame. The firewall comprises 4 (four) fittings, made of 2024 T351 alloy, and used for engine mount attachment. To ensure heat, noise and fire protection of the cockpit, the firewall is covered on the related side of the engine bay with an insulating fabric cover, made of fire-resistant materials.
