A duly authorized specialist, able to evaluate the airplane technical condition for further major overhaul or any other repairs or technical inspections might cost you more, but it is the recommended procedure.

2.4. Checking the airplane leveling and adjustment
Level of certification needed: LSA Repairman - Maintenance
The leveling procedure is the operation used to determine the airplane design conformance with the design geometrical data, on which its aerodynamic behavior largely depends.
The leveling is carried out in the following cases: at major overhauls, after major repair work on the airframe, or after a flight event leading to airframe overstressing (emergency landing, hard landing, excessive g loads, maneuvering incidents etc.).
To check the airframe leveling and the adjustment of deflection angles of the control surfaces, see the Leveling Sheet attached to the documentation delivered with the airplane. Slight differences may be found while checking the airplane leveling; they may be caused by the measurement conditions, tolerances of the measuring instruments, as well as by the airframe stabilization during the first period of operation; the important thing is that the measured values do not indicate remaining distortions of more than 2 mm (0.1 inch)  in the airframe, which might be caused either by excessive overload factors in operation, or by events likely to lead to airplane damage on ground. In any such cases, consult the manufacturer or other specialists..
In case of any deviation from the required limits when measuring the deflection angles, repeat the adjustment; also replace the worn out parts, so as not to exceed the following deflections measured at the leading edge of the control surfaces:
-aileron………………..5 mm (0.2 inch);
-rudder………………...4 mm (0.16 inch);
-elevator……………….4 mm (0.16 inch);
-flap…………………...6 mm (0.24 inch);
-elevator trim tab……...5 mm. (0.2 inch);
NOTE:
1.
 The deflections of the control surfaces are measured by locking the controls in the cockpit.

2.
 No elastic displacements will be taken into account.

2.5. Frequency of inspection tasks
