   AIRPLANE MAINTENANCE MANUAL
After any engine startup or after any flight, record in the airplane logbook the number of takeoffs-landings, hours of flight and the number of hours of engine operation; at the same time, record all non-conformances and tasks performed with a view to remedying them.
 Recommendations:
1.
Refill the fuel tank after every flight in order to avoid formation of condensation.

2.
Replace the oil only when the engine is hot.

3.
Check the oil level in the tank, at least 10 minutes after the engine stops running.

CAUTION:
1.
 Any propeller showing major non-conformances: cracks, torn material, loosened fastening of blades in the hub, any alteration of the incidence angle, excessive vibrations (unbalancing) shall not be allowed in operation.

2.
 If the outside temperature is below 5oC, prior to flight, turn on the carburetor heating, and warm up the engine on ground for 10-20 minutes, until the cylinder head temperature exceeds 30oC.

3.
 If the outside temperature is below - 20oC, prior to starting the engine, turn on the carburetor heating; it is recommended to heat the oil to 60-70oC.

2.1.2. Circumstantial inspection
Level of certification needed: LSA Repairman Inspection
It is performed whenever abnormal events take place: damages during shipment, hard landings or landings on unscheduled areas, evidence of malfunctioning etc.
During this inspection special attention should be paid to any damaged design elements (dents, overstress or malfunctioning). The technical condition of the skins and protection coatings as well as any fuel leakage may also provide important information on some local stresses.
In case of any evidence of excessive stress, carefully inspect all critical elements: joint fittings and local structure in the fastening areas, control surfaces and their hinges, flight controls (they should travel smoothly and without jamming tendencies), fastening of landing gear and engine mount etc. and check the leveling data.
2.2. Regular inspections; sequence of inspections and overhauls
The airplane maintenance tasks and overhauls are performed according to the following schedule:
C = inspection after the first 25 ±2 hours of flight;
K = inspection after the first 50±3 hours of flight and after every 100 hours of flight;
R = overhaul after 200±5 hours of flight or after one year of operation;
RK =  major overhaul - after inspecting the technical condition.
Any task on the engine shall be performed as per the Maintenance Manual for Rotax 912 S engines;
Service tasks on the propeller shall be performed as per the Propeller Maintenance Manual.
